Custom Messages

Generating multiple BoxIDs for one purchase is one kink of this new system we couldn’t figure out in time. But no fear! This is what you need to do:

1. Locate your BoxID from your order e.g. BINCHY
2. Add a number to the end of the six-letter code for each of your boxes e.g. BINCHY1, BINCHY2, BINCHY3
   • Always start from 1
   • Do not add any other characters
   • *This is how I label the boxes before shipping – going rogue can cause confusion when your giftee goes to unlock their page!
3. Make a note of what number box should be given to what person e.g. BINCHY1 – Hailey, BINCHY2 – Kate, BINCHY3 – Parents
